Every Taiwan Merch item is made to order. That means we print, cut, or produce your piece after you place it — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
Production time
Orders take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship. Production time is separate from delivery time — the estimates below start once your parcel leaves the fulfilment facility.
Where we ship from
We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner’s global network, with facilities in the United States, Europe (Latvia and Spain), Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Japan. Your order is routed to the facility closest to you, so a US order and a European order for the same item may arrive from different places.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 4–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–14 business days
- Taiwan, Japan & Korea: 6–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and peak holiday volume can extend them.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.
- Orders $45 USD and over ship free worldwide.
- Orders under $45 USD: $12 USD flat rate worldwide.
The exact cost is always shown before you pay. We never add charges after checkout.
Duties, taxes and customs
Orders shipped within the country of fulfilment carry no additional charges. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These are set by your government, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
Tracking
You’ll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Wrong address, lost and damaged parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully — we can only change it before production starts. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you cover the return postage.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days past the top of the estimate above, email hello@taiwanmerch.co with your order number and we’ll replace it or refund you. You don’t pay return postage on a damaged or defective item.
