2. Products & Print-on-Demand

All products sold on Taiwan Merch Co are custom-made using a print-on-demand production model. This means each item is individually produced and printed only after an order is placed. Because of this, please be aware of the following: product colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process; minor variations in print placement or sizing are normal and inherent to the print-on-demand process; and production times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipping.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All prices are listed in the displayed currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Because our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Taiwan Merch Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or minor color variations inherent to the printing process. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@taiwanmerch.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Taiwan Merch Co and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
