14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

Changed your mind? Not what you expected? No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package and will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items are returned with all original tags and packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Head to our Contact page and send us a message with your order number and reason for the return
  • Step 2: We will confirm your return request and provide you with a return shipping address
  • Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense, using a trackable shipping method
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing
  • The full purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs
  • If there is a delay, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact page with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
